Nine Circuits. Ready To Sign.
Every rental office on the calendar is identified, the market's commercial terms are mapped, the RFP package is written, and deposit capital is the first line out of tranche one. This board shows exactly where each circuit stands — and what happens the week funding closes.
Pro-tier circuits don't publish prices. Readiness is the asset.
Our research swept the exclusive-hire market end to end, and the structural finding is consistent: major circuits sell exclusive weekends by direct negotiation only — quote-only, through named rental and privatisation offices, with no public rate cards (club-level tracks publish; the pro tier does not). That means nobody "shops" this market; you engage it — with the right office, the right specification, and capital ready for a deposit. All three are in place. Where real pricing does exist — Fuji's official exclusive rate card, Interlagos' municipal contract values, a landmark all-in turnkey precedent at a US Grand Prix circuit — the model uses it, then budgets above it.
| Round | Circuit | Channel & Status | Pricing basis | Weekend budget | |

| R2 | Silverstone (UK) | Exclusive-circuit-hire office — safety, medical & marshalling bundled in circuit quote (published) | Quote-only; maximum buffer applied | $200,000 | RFP Ready |
| R3 | Sebring (US) | Track-rentals office identified | Published US benchmarks, buffered to turnkey tier | $200,000 | RFP Ready |

| R5 | Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CA) | Venue office identified | Peer-tier proxy, buffered to turnkey tier | $200,000 | RFP Ready |
| R6 | Bathurst (AU) | Guest round by event entry — Mount Panorama is public road; events run under council promotion. Entry path mapped; the council's five-year promoter tender (from 2028) is tracked as the upgrade path | Entry fee | $10,000 | Entry Round |

Basis detail per round lives in the Season Economics Workbook (this room). US benchmark set includes the published all-in turnkey precedent at a US GP circuit (~$50–55K/day with track manager, corner workers, emergency personnel and timing included) — our rounds are budgeted at or above that tier.
One package, nine addressees, tuned per venue: three consecutive days of exclusive circuit use on named date windows · the full services stack (15–25 staffed marshal stations, dual ALS ambulances, fire/rescue, recovery, race control and timing) quoted bundled or itemized · insurance requirements and named-insured structure · the circuit's damage-recharge schedule · payment and cancellation terms · broadcast infrastructure, signage and branding rights.
Sources: deposit + balance norms — published venue rental agreements (50%-on-signing pattern across exclusive-hire contracts); cancellation scales — published circuit and operator policies (45/20-day credit tiers; 56/28-day refund tiers); $5M GL + ~$1.3K/day placement and itemized services rates — published US club-circuit rate schedules; damage schedule — the Nürburgring's published incident price list; Silverstone services-bundled exclusive hire — circuit's published hire page.
Day 1–5: RFPs issue to all eight exclusive venues with named 2027 date windows. Weeks 2–6: quotes return; the workbook's ceiling-plus-buffer lines are replaced by contracted figures — every one of which we expect to land at or under budget, because the budget was built above the researched ceiling on purpose. On signature: deposits wire, dates lock, and the 2027 calendar goes from ambition to contract. Bathurst's entry is filed in the same window.
